Damiana Herbal Remedies
Damiana is a widely-reputed aphrodisiac used in traditional medicine in Mexico, even though its effectiveness is not supported by science. Although regarded as a nervine, it is somewhat stimulating and is used for mild depression. In Germany damiana is said to relieve excess mental activity and nervous debility. It has also been used for anxiety with a strong sexual factor. Damiana has a taste of SPICY and a temperature of WARM.
