Rehmannia Herbal Remedies
Rehmannia is one of the most commonly used Chinese herbs for nourishing the adrenals and hormones (Kidney Yin tonic) when they have been weakened by stress, overwork, or overindulgence in sex. It is also taken for blood deficiency conditions with such symptoms as menstrual irregularity, anemia, insomnia, heart palpitations, and dizziness. Rehmannia can be found in numerous over-the-counter formulas, both Chinese and Western. Rehmannia has a taste of SWEET and a temperature of WARM.
