Careers in Complementary Medicine
If you have ever considered turning your passion for a natural and healthy lifestyle into a career, get out your calendar. The Association of Accredited Naturopathic Medical Colleges has several options on the books for exploring a career in complementary and alternative medicine.
The kickoff event will be the Prospective Student Day held at the annual conference of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians in Palm Springs, California.
Free and open to prospective naturopathic medical students as well as the general public, this complementary and alternative health event will feature more than 150 exhibitors and representatives from six U.S. accredited, naturopathic, medical schools. With more than 750 international naturopathic doctors in attendance, it is guaranteed to be the granddaddy of all events in the world of alternative medicine education.
For those who can’t make a costly trip to the West Coast the AANMC Naturopathic Medicine Informational Forums will take place throughout the fall and winter in locations like New York, D.C., Chicago, and Philadelphia.
Miami’s Magic City forum will be held on October 21st.
