Integrative Medicine Biopuncture Therapy for Pain Management

Acupuncture physician, Integrative Medicine Staff Doctor at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, and member of the Board of Advisors for the American Academy of Pain Management, Dr. Scott Denny, is a master of eliminating pain.

Denny, who is licensed and certified in many other areas, such as cosmetic acupuncture, homotoxicology, homeopathy, cold laser techniques, and chiropractic, chooses to use biopuncture for pain management on patients who need to restore mobility.

The reason, he says, is that it is highly effective, non-toxic and works on the acupuncture principles in which he strongly believes as well as an integrated medical approach.

Biopuncture uses "pinprick" needles to inject miniature amounts of natural remedies into acupuncture points. Biopuncture stimulates the body's own healing mechanisms for anti-aging, injury recovery, inflammation reduction, or repair. Prep treatment does not involve any anesthesia, and the assimilation is slow and cellular. Best of all, there is no downtime after treatment.

Conditions that benefit from biopuncture include arthritis, body-shaping, non-surgical face lifts, back and neck pain, chronic pain, targeted nutritional supplementation, skin disorders, and boosting metabolism.

Denny also served as the American Academy of Pain Management President and served on the Board of Directors.
