Revita-Yoga: The New Yoga Facelift

"Why is it we exercise everything on our body except from the collarbone up?" Such was the lament behind the idea for the brilliant new book that came out this April “The Yoga Facelift,” by Marie-Véronique Nadeau.

A
New York Times article lauds this type of yoga as a way to get a better, tighter, more youthful-looking face.
Practitioners are asked to scrunch up their faces, pucker up, touch their tongue to their chin, stretch open their eyes, all as a healthy alternative to looking good without surgery or injections.
Revita-Yoga allows a person to sculpt their nose, smooth out crow's feet and even plumps lips.
If you cannot find a class near you, just buy Nadeau's or Annelise Hagen’s book, "The Yoga Face."
