aston patterning information

Aston-Patterning and the Aston Paradigm are terms connected to the study and beliefs put forth by Judith Aston, and concern the underlying nature of human existence. Aston-Patterning deals with human perceptions regarding our bodies and our insight into our bodies natural form and function.  Aston-Patterning is the application of the Aston Paradigm to human movement of the body, mind and spirit, as well as, bodywork and ergonomics, and the process of matching human function to its environment. As an alternative therapy, it is a comprehensive approach to the whole individual rather than focusing on separate parts.
