exercise and fitness information

Exercise and Fitness are important concepts to integrate into every person’s daily life.  The benefits of regular exercise far exceed any other factor in determining the health of an individual.  When combined with proper nutrition, exercise is able to maintain both your skeletal-muscular system and cardiovascular system, as well as support your immune system. The American Heart Association recommends a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise five days per week for those who are 18-65 years of age. If you are not comfortable exercising on your own, finding a personal trainer or group exercise class, such as yoga, can help you get started on your way to better health.
