low energy emission therapy information
Low-Energy Emission Therapy – LEET – is a treatment that uses electromagnetic fields delivered to a patient through a mouthpiece. It has been well studied as an alternative treatment for patients with chronic insomnia and there are many proponents for its application in this area. Low-Energy Emission Therapy does not appear to be the first line of treatment and may be used when other more conventional treatments are not successful. It appears to be generally agreed that Bioelectromagnetic Medicine which includes Low-Energy Emission Therapy needs further research, especially for not yet proven applications.
