The Alexander Technique (AT) was developed by F. M. Alexander in Europe more than 100 years ago. AT is the study of kinesthetic experience and human movement. And, this secret of the stars is taught by an elite group of teachers who have undergone three years (1600 hours) of rigorous training. Once the domain of European pain clinics and spas, exclusive performance schools and private lessons to the stars, the Alexander Technique can now be available to you! Sharon Jakubecy, teacher of the Alexander Technique at the exclusive Stella Adler Academy, is now offering private lessons to a select group of students.
