A usual set of 10-12 sessions often handles the most entrenched problems. Often, dramatic relief is realized within one or two sessions. Each session is 1hour. All sessions and packages are pre-paid.
Phone sessions are effective and available also.
Each session is uniquely tailored to the client’s current needs and situation.
