I am Mary T. Bowen, MRET. 

After playing the victim to Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia for more than 20 years Mary began to take a serious look at what wasn’t working in her life.

She resigned from an unfulfilling job and took responsibility for herself and her patterns.

Mary realized that the only way she was going to take control of her life and her situations was to forgive herself, her past, her present and to be grateful for that which she has.

Mary learned to truly say thank you for giving her that experience to situations of her past all the while focusing on that which was joy and bliss in her life.

Thus she has created an abundance of joy by living her passion.

She decided to treat herself the way she wanted to be treated by others.

Mary's focus is to live her bliss and joy each day in a state of unconditional love for herself and others.

While letting go of her own pain of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) she tapped into her innate gifts of helping people let go of their stress.

Mary utilizes complimentary approaches to healing and teaching the Laws of Attraction through Holistic Health Coaching for your personal life or for Corporate Wellness.  
Mary specializes in assisting people to reclaim their life.  

She assists people in releasing old patterns that are creating stress then shows how live in their true original blueprint for experiencing 100% truth of who they are.
 
Mary also enjoys sharing her experience with raising a child that by the medical model was considered Learning Disabled.

With the assistance of Holistic Health Coaching, Mary and her son developed an action plan for addressing his Learning Disability.

When starting sessions with her son he was 4 grade levels behind in school, during that school year addressing his physical needs with herbal detoxification and emotional barriers with Coaching he was at grade level by the end of the school year.

Now she can show you how!

In addition to her private practice and trainings, Mary is the Founder of “Women in Harmony”, an educational networking referral organization for Women Business owners and a Holistic Health practice for animals and the owner of the women owned Excavation Company of MW Bowen Excavation, Inc.
