Availability:
I am currently booking appointments at my Evanston office on Tuesday from 1-6 PM, Thursdays from 1-6 PM, and on Saturdays from 9 Am to 2 PM. Some morning and evening appointments are also available. Please call me at 847/328-4164 to schedule an appointment.
Costs:
The cost for an initial 90 minute diagnosis, consultation and treatment is $100. Follow-up appointments are $75 per session and can last approximately 45-60 minutes. Should your insurance coverage include acupuncture, I will provide you with receipts to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
