When Cynthia taught Qigong/Reiki classes at the Barbara Bush Children’s Center, she recognized the participants’ individual worries and needs. Through breathing techniques, body movements and energy release exercises, Cynthia helped the parents of pediatric patients feel more positive and ready to take on the day. Hi Cindy,
It's been a month since participating in the "Experience Chakra Writing" workshop series. I wanted to let you know I am a much more balanced and open being. I thank you for your support and encouragement.
More so, though, I want to thank you in helping me release (during the transition from the Sacral to Heart Chakra's) that which I needed to let go of, so that I may find love again. Shortly after I did. And this relationship moves happily forward.
