Debra Gordy: Becoming the Relationship Godmother  

As a Transformational Psychotherapist, Relationship Healing Intuitive, and the author of the forth-coming book Cinderella Wisdom:  A Woman's Journey through Personal Transformation to the Fulfillment of Her Heart's Desire, assisting women and couples to create the marriage of their dreams is one of my deepest passions in life.

I have been helping women and couples heal their lives and relationships and learn to thrive in fulfilling partnership, for over twenty years; initially as a Marriage and Family Relationship Therapist, and for the last several, as a Transformational Psychotherapist™, Healing Intuitive and Spiritual Teacher, as I expanded and synthesized my psychotherapy expertise with cutting-edge Energy Therapies, including Rapid Eye Technology, Energy Psychology, and Reiki with the heart of my lifelong innate gifts as a Healing Intuitive and Spiritual Teacher.

My Credentials

Briefly, I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1988, from Brigham Young University.  I qualify to be a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).   I am a Professional Member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP), as well as the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine (ISSSEEM).  I am a certified Master Practitioner of Rapid Eye Technology (MRET), and a Reiki Master-Teacher in the Evolutionary Reiki lineage, and hold many other credentials and certifications.   

I have been involved in the spiritual, holistic healing and wellness arenas for many years;  it was intuitive guidance in my personal search for healing in my own life that initially led me to holistic healing and energy therapies.  

I originally became the Relationship Godmother through my graduate research, studying the divorce experiences of women divorcing gay men; then my subsequent years in helping remarried couples create a happy, successful marriage and blended family.
