Herbal Wellness Consultation

Initial Consultation -1 1/2-2 hour session- $50( does not include herbs)

Phase 1-We will go over the information and any concerns that you expressed on your assesment form . At this time you will be recommended herbs, healing foods, and lifestyle changes to help you achieve balance. A custom herbal formula will be suggested to you based on your individual constitution

Phase 2- Our discussion will be followed by healing bodywork ( massage, acupressure, reflexology etc) to help facilitate your healing process. The type of body work chosen for your session will depend on the imbalance that you are experiencing.

Follow Up Consultation-45 min-1 hour session- $35

Swedish Massage

$70 -1 hour / $45-1/2 hour
