Dr. Michael H. Segal is the Medical Director of High Crest Health.  In addition to his Graduate Degree in Osteopathic Medicine, he also has an Undergraduate Degree in Chemistry.  Dr. Segal has spent close to 30 years in medicine with broad experience ranging from six years of medical service in the United States Army.  Here he served in various capacities that included a Brigade Surgeon for two divisions and as the Officer in Charge of an Emergency Services Health Clinic.  After his active military service, Dr. Segal’s private career in medicine continues to reveal a plethora of experience from several venues to include his own private practice, a Preventative Medicine Officer for the US Army Reserve, and an Associate for Frankford Healthcare Systems.  He is licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is currently a member of a group practice in Philadelphia.  Dr. Segal’s impressive experience includes faculty appointments with Nazareth Hospital, as well as, with Drexel University as a Clinical Assistant Professor.

Dr. Frank Polverino is the Chiropractic Physician at High Crest Health.  Dr. Polverino obtained his Undergraduate Degree at Rutgers University, and his Chiropractic Degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic.  Dr. Polverino has over 20 years of experience in Chiropractic Care and Physical Therapy.  He is Certified in Low Level Laser Therapy for Musculoskeletal problems and for Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss.  He is also Certified in Electrodiagnostic Studies and Manipulation Under Anesthesia.  Dr. Polverino is licensed and has practiced in: MA, RI, NY, as well as his home state of NJ since 1992.

Ronit Orlanski is the Physician Assistant at High Crest Health.  Ronit obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors in Mathematics and Science from Queens College, in Flushing, NY.  She also completed a Bachelor of Science Degree at Touro College School of Health Sciences with Physician Assistant Certificate Cum Laude, Dean’s List, and Honors in Excellence in Clinical Studies.  She has served as Physician Assistant in multiple fields for over 8 years.  Her Certifications include Physician Assistant Certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants, ACLS/BCLS, and a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist through the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy.  Ronit is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey.

Tsila Trager is an associate of High Crest Health and specializes in Body Detoxification and Digestive Health.  Tsila has over 10 years of experience in the medical field, and holds a certification in Colon Hydrotherapy through the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy.  Tsila also offers Ear Candling, the Ion Detox Foot Spa, Juice Diets and other body detoxification and digestive health programs.
