Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse
It has been a long time coming, but I decided that this weekend I would do a liver and gallbladder cleanse. I’ve known about the importance of cleansing these organs for more time than I care to admit, but have never set aside the time to actually do the cleanse. No time like the present, right?
Deciding to learn as much as a could about different ways to accomplish this I researched on line and read the book The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse written by Andreas Moritz which was recommended by a client of mine. He was right; the information offered was both interesting and informative. If you are interested in better health through cleansing your liver and gallbladder, I encourage you to read this book.
As the book suggested, I began drinking a high quality, organic apple juice on Monday. At times the acid from the juice was a bit upsetting to my stomach, but tolerable. The malic acid from the juice helps to soften the stones so they may pass easily through the bile ducts into the small intestine.
Tuesday I gave myself a colonic, removing waste and emptying the cecum. As a licensed colon therapist I understand the importance of insuring a clear passage for the gallstones to move. The author was very clear on the need to have one or more colonics during this cleanse. Friday afternoon I gave myself another colonic and felt very confident that I am prepared to do the cleanse on Saturday.
More information will follow as I go through the cleansing process. It is my wish that by sharing with you my experience more people will want to take this important step to better health.
In good health,
Sue
