Dr. Neill H. Payne

Dr. Payne graduated from Texas Chiropractic Clinic in Pasadena, Texas in 1985. Before moving to Black Mountain in 1993, he practiced in Austin, Texas for seven years in a clinic with two other chiropractors. While there, he was secretary of the Travis County Chiropractic Society and editor of the Society's newsletter. He was also involved in the Wrangler Pro-Rodeo Sport Chiropractic Association and was a member of the Texas Chiropractic Association. He was active in Rotary and is a Paul Harris Fellow. He is married with five children and active with his church and homeschooling group.
