"What I'm Afraid To Ask You Is..."

If you're like me you've been feeling the 'now or never' spirit, like you can really make some major things happen this year. In order to do that we’ve got to be willing to look at our blind spots.

A blind spot is the stuff you don’t know that you don’t know. Another way of saying that is unconscious incompetence. We all have stuff that we know we don’t know, but what about the stuff that we don’t know that we don’t know? How do we even find out that stuff?

Having a mentor or coach or circle of people around you asking provocative questions is hugely valuable, especially if you want to make a big leap this year. 

In this video I’m going to ask you something that I’m secretly afraid to ask – it’s one of those provocative questions designed to reveal a major blind spot booby trap around charging what you’re worth and earning lots of money that may be the very thing that’s stalling your progress.

I’ll also share a very real, vulnerable example of how this blind spot showed up for me last year in my relationship with my husband and nearly cost me tens of thousands, potentially even hundreds of thousands of dollars.
