The colon is one of the most important organs in the body. Eighty percent of your immune cells are in the intestine. However, it tends to be one of the most ignored organs in the body. Autopsies prove most colon's are stopped up with years of old, dead toxic fecal matter which can lead to bad bacteria growth that when ignored can lead to health problems including: constipation/diarrhea, gas and bloating, bad breath, body odor, indigestion, low energy, abdominal pain, anxiety, headaches, yeast problems, urinary and bowel problems, acne and other skin problems,
We take care of the outer parts of our bodies: bathe/shower, brush and floss, tan, manicure, pedicure, most of us exercise and get the proper amount of rest. Then, we feast. Sometimes a good diet of raw foods, fruits, vegetable, nuts and berries. But what about the unhealthy diets of fast food and or processed food, sugar, fried food, junk food . . . you know the routine. Our environment is full of toxins, the air we breathe. Can't forget about cigarette smoke. We sometimes take better care of our automobiles than our bodies. After all is said and done, the colon is the end result with the build up of toxic waste. This can take it's toll on our overall well being and the body can begin to feel sick.
Our lifestyles today continue to add toxins to our bodies. We have to get rid of the waste. It's important for better health. However, it's an ignored issue today. It's critical that we clean out the colon. A person should have one to three bowel movements per day. Less than this could mean the body is absorbing the toxins that should otherwise be eliminated through bowel movements.
Cleaning the colon is a healthy alternative. It's like taking an internal shower. Consider giving your body an internal tune-up periodically for the health of it.
