Neck pain and stiffness? Try this - have a seat, place your index fingers on the front of the ear lobes and thumbs on the back, move the finger up to the raised bump then over to the valley and up to the hard ridge just above that valley hold there with index finger on the front thumb on the back. So arms don't get tired rest elbows on the knees. Hold 10-minutes check neck. Do this 3 or 4 times a day for relief.
This is not a substitute for medical care but certainly worth a try.
