As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Northern California, and I find enormous satisfaction to helping people.

I help people have better relationships with their partner, spouse, family members, coworkers, and friends.

I help women, men, and children who are recovering from sexual abuse.

I help adults with issues of depression, anxiety, addictions and codependency.

I help young adults who are discovering who they are and facing important life decisions.

I help children cope with major life challenges such as coping with divorce, trauma, and loss.

My focus is in using creative expression for healing. I offer guided imagery, art materials, & journal writing to provide you with a rich inner experience as you heal and claim your true sense of power. Whether you use the creative route to your healing or simply come in to talk, it's entirely your choice. Many find that their experience is enhanced through the use of creative processes. However, many also find great benefit in simply having a place to be able to talk and be deeply listened to.

I believe that personal empowerment comes from your center. My goal is to assist you to achieve greater states of wholeness where you connect with your center, your true sense of who you are. You begin to sense your power, and your life can begin to change.
