With the ski season rapidly approaching it is time to get your body prepared. Kerrie is offering two SKI WITH EASE workshops in November which will help you to improve your hip and spinal flexibility, leaving your knees at much less risk of strain or injury. You can improve the way that you ski such that your movements are more fluid, comfortable and powerful. The Feldenkrais Method is being used by the Canadian Alpine Ski Team as part of their training... you too can benefit from this approach.

SKI WITH EASE in North Vancouver: November 28, 10:30 - 12:30 at Mollie Nye House, 940 Lynn Valley Rd.
