Ellen Cahill has been a Certified Comprehensive Coach for more than five years.
Ellen is a Certified Six Advisors Coach. We know that your thoughts determine your actions and the results you get in your life - both personally & professionally. Discover the thoughts that are serving you & those holding you back by taking a values assessment (based on the science of axiology and the work on Dr. Robert Hartman, nominated for a Nobel prize). It is as accurate as your thumb-print. If you chose to move forward to work on such issues as procrastination, communication, achieving your aspirations, limiting self-doubt, etc., there is a program that follows on the phone (individually or in a group session). She has a master's degree in speech and language pathology. She is also an accomplished writer and speaker, and often teaches short courses and workshops on business topics, professional development, personal growth and better living at Bucks County Community College.
Ellen brings a wealth of experience to her coaching practice. Prior to launching Leaps and Bounds: Pathways to Success, LLC Ellen held the position of district and program manager for Genesis Eldercare Rehabilitation. Her experience as program manager included coordinating and supervising therapeutic programs in two corporate-owned and managed centers, as well as one assisted-living community. She also managed and ran the rehabilitation department providing services and training as needed.
