Five Changes Coaching and Consulting

  1. Personal Development. Skills to be in the world, skills for communication, skills to change habits and attitudes when they no longer serve you
  2. Spiritual practices that truly open your heart unencumbered by inflexible belief systems
  3. A driving hunger for social and environmental justice with a world-view that is open, that includes multiple perspectives, even when they may contradict each other. (the open-heart again, though not att the expense of clear thinking).
  4. The power to leverage real-world skills to make an income, to communicate with others, to make a difference. (Money is a reality, a form of energy. Did you ever try raising a family without it?)
  5. Creativity that lets you put it all together in your own unique way. The way you think, write, paint, garden, play music, move -it's all art!

“If you don’t have a destination or a goal how will you ever arrive there?

And, if you are so focused on your goals that you forget where you are right now, how will you know where to begin?

To pursue your dreams, AND to live fully in the present, THAT is the key!
