My standard fee is $110 per 50 minute session. I offer a free initial telephone consultation and have limited sliding scale fee slots available.

Many insurance companies provide mental health coverage.  Please check with your insurance provider to be sure that they cover out-of-network providers, and I can provide the necessary documentation for reimbursement.
Adolescents & Families
Adolescents & Families
Adolescence is a time of tremendous change and growth.  Teens will begin to take risks while experimenting with their behaviors and relationships in order to solidify their identity and assert their independence.  Some adolescents and their parents will successfully complete this developmental stage on their own, while others will need some additional resources and support.

I provide a safe place for youth to express themselves without feeling judged.  I work with pre-teens and adolescents to learn how to manage difficult emotions, learn coping, stress, and conflict management techniques, set and achieve goals, and enhance self-esteem. Counseling can help strengthen family connections while parents learn  effective communication and discipline techniques.

Schools & Community
Schools & Community
When providing school-based counseling, I create a safe and supportive environment for the  child to express him/herself.  Counseling can help your students learn social skills, how to express themselves, coping techniques and how to manage difficult emotions, enhance self-esteem, and build positive peer connections and resiliency.  I bring toys, art supplies and  other activities with me to school and provide a combination of play, art, and talk therapy.
