Max International announced the major acquisition of the research and development
company, CellGevity on Saturday, June 26.
CellGevity, founded by Dr. Herbert Nagasawa, one of the world’s foremost glutathione and cell health research scientists, holds 9 patents on cellular health formulations, including one that enhances cellular glutathione production. Max International has been known to set the standard in cellular glutathione enhancement with its flagship product, MaxGXL, since its release in early 2007, but with the addition of CellGevity’s technology, the efficacy of MaxGXL will be dramatically enhanced.
With this acquisition, Max has obtained all CellGevity’s patents, intellectual properties and research staff. Dr. Nagasawa and his staff are now part of Max International. The world’s top two pioneers in glutathione research are now a team! As science is beginning to understand the significance of glutathione in cell health and its important role in every aspect of cellular activity, Max International is now positioned to dominate the field glutathione enhancement.
This is incredibly good news for those of us who already know and enjoy the health benefits of MaxGXL. With better glutathione support and production in the cell, we will see even better energy production, cellular detoxification, enhanced well-being along decreased inflammation and the resultant ravages of pre-mature aging.
This is also extremely good news for those of us who are part of the Max associate team. We have held a glimpse of the vision of where Max was going as a leader in the wellness industry and NOW Max has truly stepped up into the big leagues as a Nutraceutical R & D company. With the leadership, passion and deep pockets of the Max founders, Steven K Scott, Bill Guthy, Greg Renker, Greg Fullerton and Fred Ninow, the bold step of acquiring CellGevity was a major coup. It has launched Max International into the stratosphere as a financial opportunity for those will step aboard the rocket ship.
I personally want to acknowledge and thank Dr Robert H Keller for the dedication he had as a physician who did not settle for treating his patients with simple standard of care. His standard of care was to help them obtain the maximum quality of life that they could achieve. The result was MaxGXL.
With Dr Keller’s passing, the torch has now been passed to others who will nurture his dream and bring MaxGXL to a new level of effectiveness. We as Max associates are in possession of an incredible gift and obligation to do our part to bring MaxGXL to the world. We won’t fail you Dr Keller.
