As we continue to grow (90+ members strong!) and offer more services and events, we want to make sure we're doing so in a way that best meets your needs. Towards that end, we invite you to offer any suggestions you might have. Is there a particular topic you'd like us to discuss at our weekly mindfulness meditation meetings? Would you like us to promote a book that you've found inspiring and transformative? Would you like to offer a presentation yourself? Let us know! We'd love to hear from you!
This week's meeting topic is "Every Moment is Sacred - Mindfulness Meditation and Spirituality." Our weekly topics tend to be relatively pragmatic, and we typically avoid spiritual and esoteric subjects in order to remain as inclusive as possible for our ecclectic group of attendees. Statistically speaking, however, 98% of us believe in some form of a "Higher Power," so it may be helpful to address the connection between mindfulness meditation and spirituality, and how we can experience the sacredness of each and every moment regardless of our particular spiritual background.
We hope you can join us, and look forward to seeing you! More information and RSVP link below.
