New Mindfulness Group
I’m excited to announce that we have recently partnered with the Barefoot Yoga and Wellness Studio
in Mechanicsburg and will now have a West Shore Mindfulness Meditation Group
as well! We will meet there every Sunday evening from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
and will continue to meet at Jose Johnson’s Chinese Martial Arts and Wellness Center
in Harrisburg every Sunday afternoon from 2:30pm to 6:30pm.
Also, don’t forget to RSVP for Buddhist Monk, Bhante Sujatha’s special presentation on Mindfulness Meditation on Sunday, November 15th from 1:00 to 3:30pm.
