Clinical studies prove that oxygen, wellness, and life span are totally dependent on proper breathing. Lung volume is a primary marker for how long you will live. Consider this:

A) Science has proven that cancer is anaerobic - it does not survive in high levels of oxygen.

B) Shortness of breath and heart disease are directly linked - the heart goes into spasm when it is deprived of oxygen.

C) Studies have shown that there is a high correlation between high blood pressure and poor breathing.

D) Most emotional issues, including anxiety and depression, result from the nervous system being out of balance. Breathing drives the central nervous system and vice versa. The Oriental philosophy teaches that each mental and physical state of the individual is represented by a special rhythm of breath, the rhythm and condition always being found together. The mental or physical condition will invariably manifest the particular rhythm of breath, which belongs to it; and, likewise (and this is one of the occult secrets) the deliberate assumption of a particular rhythm of breath will speedily result in the manifestation of the appropriate physical or mental condition. You will find that a few moments of â??anger-breath or fear-breathâ? (if well acted out, or assumed faithfully) will result in you soon experiencing a feeling of anger or fear, as the case may be. Likewise, you will find that the deliberate assumption, on your part, of the breath-rhythm of peace, calm, self-control, will be sufficient to induce that particular state of feeling within you.

E) Optimal Breathing helps to promote weight loss. Oxygen burns fat and calories.

F) Breathing well is the key to sleeping well and waking up feeling rested.
Breathing provides 99% of your energy. Without energy, nothing works.

G) Virtually every health condition and human activity is improved with Optimal Breathing.

This article focuses on correct diaphragm deep breathing exercises for health, vitality and spiritual meditation work, which includes Nei Kung and Shen Kung exercises for awakening Kundalini (Greater Kan & Li) and enlightenment.

Deep Diaphragm breathing (also known as Buddha Breathing or Babyâ??s breath) should cause the lower abdomen (area below the navel) to expand on inhalation and to contract on exhalation. The lower abdomen expands as a result of the downward force of the diaphragmâ??s contraction as it moves down.


To further correct breathing, one should exhale at a slow comfortable pace until one begins to feel that no more air can be expelled. Once this point is reached, you should pull your stomach muscles inwards (suck in the gut) towards the spine to squeeze out the remaining air. This will allow the stomach to expand quite naturally on the next â??slow, comfortableâ? inhalation.


Explanation of breathing patterns:

1) Linear Breathing- There is no retention of breath and the inhalation and exhalation are both even. For example, lets say that we assign a numeric rhythm of â??4â? to the breathing pattern. This means that we would inhale for a count of 4-seconds and then immediately and seamlessly exhale for another count of 4-seconds. This is linear breathing.

2) Triangular Breathing- Using our same numeric value, and proper diaphragmic technique, you would inhale for a count of 4-seconds, retain or hold your breath for 4-seconds and then exhale for a count of 4-seconds, upon which you would immediately inhale again repeating the pattern.

3) Square Breathing- Using the numeric value of 4 as in the prior examples, you would inhale for a count of 4, hold your breath for a count of 4, exhale for a count of 4 and then prevent inhalation for another count of 4 prior to repeating the pattern. Thus square breathing has a â??pause or gapâ? for both breath retention and prevention prior to inhalation and exhalation.

4) Double Breathing- Using the same value, one would inhale for a count of 4, pause for a moment to allow the diaphragm to reset without exhaling, then inhale again for another count of 4 to intake additional air and energy if one is aware of chi (Qi, Prana, Ki, Life Force). The exhaling breath would be similar, expelling the air for a count of 4, pausing a moment and then exhaling again for another count of 4. This concept can be expanded to Triple Breathing, Quadruple Breathing, etc. Yogic runners typically inhale through their nose in small sniffs in multiples of 9 with advanced practitioners reaching 108 inhaling sniffs. They exhale through pursed lips in the same count used on the inhalation. The only time they hold their breath is for jumping or hurdling over an object or to leap a great distance.

5) YIN Breathing- The inhalation process is at least 2x longer than the exhalation process. Breath retention & prevention can be added to the process. Typically, breath prevention until one feels â??mildly desperateâ? for air is the most common technique.

6) Yang Breathing- The exhalation process is at least 2x longer than the inhalation process. Just like YIN breathing, breath prevention or retention can be added. Typically, holding the breath until one feels â??mildly desperateâ? to exhale is the most common method.

7) Taoist Breathing- Also known as reverse breathing and/or embryonic breathing is another deep diaphragmic method, but reverses the expansion and contraction of the stomach. During the inhalation process, one pulls the lower stomach inwards towards the spine to create a squeezing or upward draw effect. As you exhale, you relax the stomach allowing it to expand and at the very end of the exhale you push it out â??slightlyâ? to create an internal pressure in the lower stomach. This method should not be used until one can either feel heat in the 2nd chakra area (Dan Tien) or they have a sensation of â??air, current, or energy flowâ? coming down their spine during inhalation and moving up the front of their body and out the nose or mouth during exhalation. Once these sensations are perceived, then Taoist Breathing is used to reverse this process, bringing the energy or heat up the spine during the inhalation and following the flow down the front of the body into the 2nd chakra during exhalation, creating a pressure like feeling in this location. Taoist Breathing can be linear, triangular, square or double as well as YIN or YANG.

An alternate nostril breathing exercise â?? purifying breath: Can be linear, triangle or square breathing. Triangle is the most common utilized. This exercise improves brain function balancing both hemispheres, sooths the central nervous system, improves sleep, balances energy flow and has an overall revitalizing effect.

Step one: Use right thumb to close off right nostril.

Step two: Inhale slowly through left nostril

Step three: Pause & hold the breath in for a second

Step four: Now close left nostril with ring finger and release thumb off right nostril

Step five: Exhale through your right nostril

Step six: Now, inhale through right nostril

Step seven: Pause

Step eight: Use thumb to close of right nostril

Step nine: Breathe out through left nostril

Step ten: This is one round. Start slowly with 1 or 2 rounds and gradually increase the amount of practice. Never force it to an uncomfortable level. Sit quietly for a few moments after you have finished and relax as your normal breath rhythm returns.

With practice, you may begin to perceive energy flowing up and down the side channels of the body known as ida (left side) and pingala (right side).

This concludes the basic secrets of breathing practice. There are many other techniques, but the ones listed here are the easiest to learn and form a solid foundation for other breathing practices. The practices outlined herein are also best suited for meditation, kundalini activation and Qigong training, which is another reason they were highlighted in this short manual.

Many people frequently inquire as to whether I teach Tai Chi at my school. The simple answer is yes, but its not the martial form. What I teach is known as Wuji Tai Chi, which is also known as Primordial Tai Chi. However, before getting into details one must understand that Qigong is the forefather of Tai Chi and predates the practice by thousands of years. Tai Chi Chuan, which literally translates as “supreme ultimate fist” is a martial art that incorporates Qigong methods within the practice to achieve benefits that are not typical to regular martial arts practices. Tai Chi has a history of approximately 800-years. Its lineage traces back to Grandmaster Chang San Feng, the 13th century Taoist sage believed to be the creator of the 13-movement form for self-defense known as Tai Chi Chuan.

 

Recently, many modern teachers have simplified the long Tai Chi fighting forms down to more simple stress-relief exercises for health and balance. These simple "Tai Chi for health" forms are a bit closer to the origins of all martial Tai Chi Chuan, which itself arose from what is known as "Medical Qigong.” To keep things simple, think of Qigong as the Mother of Tai Chi Chuan. Qigong goes back at least 3000 years in recorded history, while the term "tai chi chuan" is only 800 years old in comparison. Qigong was originally called "yang sheng" which means: "nourishing life", and most likely goes back tens of thousands of years into the history of China. All Tai Chi is ultimately just a more recent application of ancient Qigong principles specifically applied as a martial art or self-defense form.

 

Although Tai Chi Chuan is the most publicly available form of “Tai Chi”, few people are aware that the founding Master Chang San Feng created a second short form that applied Tai Chi for spiritual growth and energy cultivation as well as physical and emotional health rather than self-defense. It also has 13 movements: 12 movements of Earth and one movement of Heaven that are done 40 times, ten times in each of the four directions representing the elements of Wood, Fire, Metal and Water. This form has been protected and has been secretly practiced by an unbroken lineage of Taoist masters for the last 800 years. This particular form of Tai Chi was never taught to outsiders until a few years ago when an 81-year old Master of this form by the name of Zhu Hui, began teaching this form to the public. In China it was kept secret because it was considered too powerful and valuable to be released to an untrained public. Master Zhu strongly believed that this form cured his liver cancer and protected him from violent abuse during China’s Cultural Revolution. He himself learned it from a 106-year old Taoist Master Li Tong, who lived on Wudang Mountain (made famous in the film: Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. When he was younger, Zhu Hui was the national Tai Chi sword champion of China and as a result Master Li Tong took a liking to him and taught him this special practice.

 

This secret and elegantly simple Tai Chi form or Primordial Qigong combines Tai Chi, Feng Shui, Qigong, and internal alchemy, which is a powerful form of Taoist longevity meditation. It is designed to capture the "subtle energy" or chi ("qi") flow of Heaven and Earth, and collect it into the human body. It gathers chi inward to the core of one's being in graceful beautiful, effortless energetic spirals. In terms of energy, it is the exact opposite of martial tai chi forms, which emit chi outwardly for self-defense and/or focus on manipulating the opponent's chi.

 

In any event, this is the form of Tai Chi that I teach at my school. As students progress in their Qigong skills, they are exposed to other teachings that can further their progress and expose them to the variety of cultivation practices that I offer.

In the last series of articles, we discussed many interesting topics that ironically led to an interesting coincidence or serendipity. Its always fun to see things unfold in mysterious ways. In the two-part article that appeared in the December 2009 and January 2010 issues of the Mind Body Spirit Guide discussing the secrets of mantra, we explained the law of vibration, which is basically a waveform or frequency and how our bodies and minds radiate this information into the universe.  This article also explained how our thoughts, observations, and expectations influence the most fundamental building blocks of sub-atomic matter, implying that we are in fact creators or at the very least co-creators of the world we experience.

In the February article, some interesting medical cases were presented pertaining to those suffering with multiple personality disorder. It is fascinating to ponder how such miraculous remission or complete disappearance of disease occurs as one personality changes to another. Biologically for example, it literally makes no sense why personality “A” may have a severe and potentially deadly peanut allergy but when a new personality takes over, call him/her person “B” that this new identity can eat peanuts with no harmful side effects even though both “A and B” share the exact same biology. The only thing that makes any sense in these weird medical cases is that some vibrational shift occurs that adds and/or removes energetic information from the biological entity that comprises the “person” we perceive with our normal 5 senses. The clue may be encoded in the fact that even highly sophisticated voice recognition software recognizes each multiple personality as a completely different individual?  Consider for a moment, that your voice is just like a fingerprint where each and every individual on the planet is completely unique in this regard. Also consider that the voice itself is a form of sound vibration or frequency. Now we must ask ourselves this question: “If the sound vibration completely changes to the point that even advanced technology recognizes it as unique, then what other frequencies or vibrations are changing that are leading to these strange yet miraculous medical situations?”

Qigong & Health                                                                        

 

Recently, there has been a lot of buzz in the media about amazing health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong. How do these ancient health sciences work to significantly improve health and in many cases, completely reverse life threatening illnesses? Today there are literally millions of people all around the world who practice Qigong for maintaining their good health and promoting longevity. Qigong and other related arts are primarily associated with meditation and internal martial arts.

In several MPD cases medically diagnosed diseases such as diabetes, epilepsy, food or drug allergies and even tumors have completely disappeared when the personality changed to a new identity and then later reappeared when they eventually changed back to the personality with the illnesses. Although relatively new to Westerners, Qigong is thousands of years old, and in fact provides the backbone of most health care within China today, even though China also employs all the advances of Western medicine. Qigong is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine itself, and is based on the same principles as acupuncture and other Traditional Chinese Medicine's (TCM) such as herbal medicine. The premise of Chinese medicine is that there is a type of energy flowing through the body via a meridian system. When this flow gets blocked or obstructed in any way, our mental & physical health becomes compromised as a result. There are 3 ways this energy gets blocked, one is physical trauma such as an external accident, obviously if you break your arm this will impede the way energy flows through it. In the July Issue of the Mind Body Spirit Guide, I gave a simple exercise for converting sexual energy into powerful life force for the entire body. The following exercise builds upon that and allows provides you with a simple practice that will help keep your internal organs in good health while simultaneously increasing the connection between mind, body and spirit. The directions for this internal practice are as follows:

1) While standing upright with knees slightly bent and arms relaxed at your sides begin deep breathing, causing the lower belly to expand and contract as you inhale and exhale. A good method to practice lower belly breathing is to lie down on your back and place a slightly heavy object on your stomach below your navel. A bag of sand is ideal for this, but other items will work as well. The object should rise when you inhale and fall when you exhale, indicating that you are breathing properly. Eventually through continued practice, this will become your normal method of breathing, which will improve your level of vitality significantly.

2) As you inhale, visualize that you are absorbing energy from all directions (front, back and sides) the heavens above and the earth below. As you inhale, you are like a dry sponge absorbing water.

3) As you exhale, feel energy radiating from your body, like a light bulb on a dimmer switch being dialed brighter and brighter, filling the room with light.

4) Perform steps 2 & 3 for three to five minutes

5) Now, slowly raise your palms and point them at one another. As you exhale, gently squeeze them towards one another but don’t let them touch. As you inhale allow them to gently move apart. If you are emitting chi, you should eventually feel a magnetic repelling like sensation between your palms. Tingles, heat, pressure and cool wind are other sensations that you may experience until your chi gets stronger.              

6) Form this sensation into a “ball of energy” with your imagination.

7) Now, raise this ball to your forehead and hold it there. As you inhale, feel the energy coming into the front of your skull and moving towards the back of your skull. As you exhale feel it move from the back to the front. Repeat 5 times.

8) Move the ball to your neck and inhale and exhale the energy through your throat. Then move it below your collarbone to breathe energy into your thymus. Do 5 breath cycles for each organ.

9) Next, do your heart, followed by your lungs. Then do your spleen on the left side of your body, followed by your liver and gallbladder on the right side. Then move the energy into the center of your solar plexus and breathe into the stomach and pancreas. Continue this simple process for the large and small intestines finishing with the bladder and sex organs. To breathe into your kidneys and adrenal glands, reach both hands around your back and point your palms at this area of the body. As you inhale, lean forward slightly and gently squeeze your hands as if you were squeezing a small balloon. Feel the energy going into your back. As you exhale lean back to the initial position and feel the energy on your palms. Repeat for 5 breath cycles.

Obtaining a chart of human anatomy is also helpful for locating as well as visualizing the internal organs. This exercise should be quick and easy, taking less than 10-minutes to perform on a daily basis. If you cannot feel the energy initially, rub your palms together vigorously while exhaling with the sound “Haaaaaah” (like fogging a mirror), warming your hands significantly. Place the warm hands on the body as described above and try to absorb the heat of your hands into the various organs. With regular practice, you will succeed.

The Mysteries of Water

1) Internationally renowned Japanese scientist Dr. Masaru Emoto discovered that molecules of water are affected by our thoughts, words, and feelings. Since humans and the earth are composed mostly of water, his message is one of personal health, global environmental renewal, and a practical plan for peace that starts with each one of us.  His research shows that the thoughts directed at water before it is frozen, affect the images of the resulting water crystals, which will be beautiful hexagonal structures or a type of ugly mess depending upon whether the thoughts were positive or negative. The thought “Love & Gratitude” consistently produces beautiful water crystals. The water crystals are also affected by music, prayer and even simple labels attached to the container. 2) We are 70% water, our blood is 90% water and our brain is 83% water. What happens to our physical health and well being as our blood, which is 90% water circulates around our body to the emotionally chaotic brain, which is 83% water and is then charged with all kinds of uncontrolled crazy thoughts and ideas? Wouldn’t this simple biological process charge the water molecules in our bloodstream with our chaotic thought energy and thus change the water’s structure just like Mr. Masaru Emoto discovered? Think what this process does to someone who has constant negative thoughts and a low self-opinion!

3) Another recent scientific discovery literally shows that our thoughts and expectations broadcast energy like a radio station that influence matter on the subatomic level.  For example when one scientist thought that subatomic particles should act or behave in a certain way, they did exactly as he expected. If another scientist thought they should behave in a completely different way, they did just that as well. In other words, the very particles that make up our physical reality changed and responded according to the specific thoughts of the observing individual’s expectations.

When I was younger, and my grandfather would take his medications, he used to say: “I believe that the only thing here that is actually helping me feel better is the water I drink to swallow these pills!”

The Idea

Ok, now we come to the practical part. Here is the basic idea, which I have practiced myself for many years. Since we can easily charge water molecules by simply applying positive thoughts, prayers, words or affirmations to the container it is in, as documented and researched by Dr. Emoto, we have a very simple means of making structured water externally and completely bypassing our chaotic minds. In other words, the targeted water outside our body is being constantly charged by the intent of the words we applied to the container it is stored within and is thus removed from our minds random emotional influence. We can easily do this to our drinking water to acquire more positive qualities of  “Love”, “Compassion”, “Gratitude”, “Forgiveness”, “Vitality”, “Health”, etc., which should seem somewhat obvious from Mr. Emoto’s research.

Dr. Masaru Emoto was once asked, what word, word combination or phrase had the most powerful effect on charging and cleaning water crystals. His response was “Love & Gratitude” consistently produced the most beautiful water crystals. I personally think this is interesting and may also have something to do with Yin & Yang theory.

If we examine these two words, we can see that Love is more Yang as it is radiating, expansive and outflowing. Gratitude is the Yin side of the cycle, which is receiving and thankful. This Yin & Yang word combination may contain a valuable secret for using and applying other word combinations. In other words, you may have better success if you use word combinations that complete the Yin & Yang cycle. For example, “Peace & Happiness” would in theory be superior to either of the words written individually since Peace completes the Yin side of the equations as it is inwardly content and relaxed, where Happiness is outward flowing and expansive. The same can be said for the “Health & Vitality” word combination. Health is an internal expression, where Vitality is the outward expression of these two similar polarities. This is just a theory, but there may be something of merit to this hypothesis.

Try drinking at least one glass of structured water each day for a full month and observe if you notice any changes in your emotional state and feelings of wellness. Similarly bless all of your meals with the same words and intent. This is something very easy to do that can truly produce some profound effects. Especially since Mr. Emoto’s research also shows that charged water tends to spread and proliferate charging all of the other water molecules it comes into contact with.

Vibration

Science has proven that everything is in a state of constant motion, that we call “vibration”. Every form of matter, energy, substance, form, color, sound, light, shape, specie, etc. is moving and has numeric frequency as its core essence and is thus determined through various rates of vibration. Everything to a greater or lesser degree has some type of main center or nucleus that it revolves around, the same as the Moon revolves around the Earth, which in turn revolves around the Sun, which in turn revolves around our galactic center and so on. Through vibration, we get every form of everything, from the individual atoms to the minerals up through the visible solids all the way to the highest forms of life or energy known and unknown in the fourth dimension, both above and below our conception. Every single miniscule change in the rate of vibration, is a different form of matter, substance or life, each one being a complete universe unto itself and revolving around its own center.

 

Creation Stories Genesis

 

“In the beginning, when GOD created the heavens and the earth and the earth was void without form; and darkness was upon the face of the waters. The Spirit  (or breath) of GOD moved upon the face of the waters and said ‘LET THERE BE LIGHT’ and there was light. In the beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with GOD, and the WORD was GOD.”   In these Biblical passages from Genesis & John, we receive a great scientific truth. The spoken word of GOD is the great vibrational power that created the known universe. From the very beginning, GOD spoke the WORD, which divided the darkness of unmanifested space into energy and matter, form and activity. Creation commenced when the Spirit of GOD invoked the WORD, sound or vibration, which unfolds unmanifested energy into form. GOD is eternally unfolding this abyss in orderly sequences via the nine digits. There are no mistakes in the divine plan. Everything is highly organized and mathematical in its manifestation. All things seen or unseen are in a state of vibration and as such have their specific number, color, sound, static or dynamic form and function. Everything in the entire universe has its own keynote or individual rate of vibration, which is coded in the alphabet of numbers. As Galileo once wisely stated, “The truth is written in the great book of nature, but only he can read it who can decipher the letters in which it is written.” Pythagoras said, “The world is built upon the power of numbers.” Everything in the universe operates together based on their specific levels of harmony, sympathetic resonance and/or disharmony to other forms, tones or vibrations. Everything responds to this primary law, as it is the cause, which produces the effect! Each specific frequency vibrates in unison with other vibrations, in their own speed, thus there will be attraction between some rates of vibration, while others repel. This in turn creates the law of opposites (duality) that allows us to understand many other things. Therefore, to truly know someone or something is to literally “have its number”, which is the real meaning of the expression. This in short is the great law of vibration.

 

Science is now proving that there is only ONE WAY in which everything is created,

including your happiness, prosperity, relationships, situations etc.. There is only one

way, one process, one secret to creating anything in your life, in this world, and in this

universe. Either you learn it and use it to create the life you’ve always wanted, or you can leave it to chance and take what life gives you. It’s your choice… “There is only one way to create anything in your life.” If you take the time to learn this Secret now, you will have “mastered all physicality.” In other words, you will have the ability to create things in the physical world at will, whenever you want them. This may sound absurd or “to good to be true,” but science is now proving what many mystics and spiritual leaders have been trying to teach us for thousands of years, i.e. that we have the power to create our heart’s desires at will, if we would just USE THE POWER! So take in a deep breath and let out a sigh of relief, you can finally relax.

 

 

The Science Behind the Vibrational Secret…

 

1. Everything is made of energy…

Science is now proving that our physical universe is really made of energy. If you were to

break down everything you see around you, including yourself, into smaller and smaller particles (atoms, electrons, protons etc..), you would end up with very small, subatomic particles, which are nothing but pure raw energy. Everything you see in your world, including the chair or couch you are sitting on, the people around you, the money in your wallet or purse, the building you are in etc… EVERYTHING is made of energy. So even though things seem to be solid and separate from you, on the atomic and subatomic levels, everything ultimately blends together into one giant energy soup. Since absolutely everything is made of energy, including you, your relationships, your health, your money, even your success and happiness, then these things are also affected by the Laws of Physics or the “Natural Laws” of the Universe as many spiritual leaders have called them for centuries. More importantly, once you understand these Laws, you can predictably affect and even direct things such as money, relationships, health and more.. into your life at will, as you so desire. This may seem like magic, but it is nothing more than you working in harmony with the established natural, scientific laws that has already created everything that exists in the known universe today.

 

2. We emit and radiate “thought energy”

The next exciting discovery is the fact that the thoughts in our heads do not stay in our heads. Scientists have recently discovered that “thought” is actually pure energy and it is sent and  broadcast from our bodies into the universe. Thoughts are actually transmitted from our bodies just like a radio or TV signal is broadcast and then this “energy” travels outward interacting with other energies of similar nature or frequency. Everyone and everything on the planet- and in the universe- is emitting energy; and one of the primary ways of controllably broadcasting this energy is with repetitive mantra. Understand that this “thought energy” has the ability to create or manifest reality and modern science is now proving this ancient practice as well…

 

3. Thoughts affect and create physical reality…

Science is now proving that our thoughts have the ability to literally create things out of seemingly nothingness in the universe. In the past, we did not have the equipment to gauge or measure any changes or creations caused by our thoughts. But now, with the advent of what are known as particle accelerators (magnifying devices that allow us to see the smallest particles), we can witness the changes thoughts produce in the physical world. By using particle accelerators, physicists have discovered that subatomic particles (the essence or energy that makes up our physical world) appear to exist only when someone is thinking about them, or trying to observe them. When a scientist puts his or her attention upon them, they mysteriously flash or pop into existence. This appears that subatomic particles are in fact created by sending thoughts in their direction. So when a scientist begins to observe a viewing area, the particles or essence of all physical matter simply materializes. “Our attention directed to the formless wave energy is EXACTLY what creates the reality that we call a particle or solid, or the physical world.” In other words, you literally create reality with your thoughts. This is why a focused controlled mind is infinitely more powerful than the typical chaotic mind and is exactly why the practice of mantra can have such profound effects.

 

Another shocking discovery was that when one scientist thought that subatomic particles should act or behave in a certain way, they did. If another scientist thought they should behave in a different way, they did. In other words, the particles that make up our reality changed and responded according to the specific thoughts of the individual scientists expectations. The exciting conclusion of this observation is: “Creation of anything in the physical universe is determined by what kind of intent and attention you place on it.” In other words, what you think or expect effects what you bring about. What you focus on, either good or bad, you begin to create it. This is especially true for Qigong practioners or others who cultivate internal energy. But wait, it gets even better…

 

4. Like energy attracts like energy

Thoughts are pure energy and energy is magnetic. One law of energy is this: Energy of a

certain quality or vibration tends to attract energy of a similar harmonic quality and vibration. This is called the Law of Attraction and sympathetic resonance. In this law, like attracts like and similar vibrations stimulate other vibrations of harmonious frequency. So like thoughts attract like thoughts and thus similar events. The Law of Attraction states that like energy attracts like energy. Since thought is the primary creative energy, thoughts attract anything and everything related to them. So, if you think about something long enough, you can actually begin to attract things related to those thoughts. This explains why when someone is thinking a lot about a person, that very person can suddenly call you on the phone or just show up out of the blue. But how is this possible?

 

Remember, everything is made of energy. People are made of energy, money is made of

energy, everything is made of energy, and when you focus your attention on something specific, you are radiating out energy, which then begins to attract similar or like energy. So if you are thinking consistently about attracting money or wealth, you will repel it because this is a feeling of lack, but if you focus thoughts more like “I am happy and successful”   and if you keep your attention on it long enough, you will attract situations, opportunities, etc. that will present themselves that make obtaining wealth a real possibility for you.  The Law of Attraction states: whatever you hold your attention on, you will attract, that is if you know how to do it correctly. Many people have tried using thoughts in this manner and failed to attract anything they desire into their lives. In fact, people have used mind techniques such as affirmations, visualizations, positive thinking, goal setting, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), prayer and a host of other mind techniques only to find their situation worse off than before they started. “Knowing how to use the Vibrational Secret is even more important than knowing what it is.”

 

What is Mantra?

The word mantra literally translates as “thought form” and these sound vibrations or “words of power” originate from the Sanskrit language, which is believed to be one of the oldest communication systems based upon man’s original speech and is thus more pure or closer to the unmanifest than other languages. Based upon the prior vibrational and scientific information given above and the understanding of the meaning and inner significance of a specific manta, we can realize the very nature of that which it represents. The human mind has always described the physical “manifest” world by giving it a name and describing its form.

 

How to use Mantra

 

The suggested method for mantra practice is to first choose a mantra that suits your goals and objectives. Many will tell you that you cannot use certain mantras without receiving it from a guru. This is not true and such behavior is a con and a type of cheating. It is only true if you believe it to be true. Everyone has more than enough spirit to combine vibration and intent and results prove always prove themselves out beyond manufactured beliefs. Again, this is especially true for those who practice Qigong, meditation or other systems that cultivate internal energy. The next step is to practice the mantra with faith and devotion every day for 40-consecutive days. You should practice for at least 10-minutes as a minimum requirement. More serious practice would involve chanting the mantra 20 to 30 minutes a day. Third, you should select a time when you will not be bothered or disturbed in any way. You should sit upright with your spine erect for maximum energy flow. You may want to gaze at a hypnotic image, burn incense or watch a candle flame to calm the mind. This is known as “Trataka” and is a practice that can open your third eye during the mantra chanting. Finish the session with an expression of thankfulness, love and sincere gratitude, knowing in your heart that the practice has been successful and productive. Here is a simple affirmation you can use: “Right now, in this very moment, I am attracting success in all my endeavors because I am already a successful being. Since likes attract likes, I can only attract more success, for this I am truly Happy, Thankful and at Peace with myself and others.”

 

Sample Mantra:

Om Kreem Kreem Kreem Hum Hum Hreem Hreem So Ha (Very Powerful mantra to acquire all attainments)

 

Seed Syllable or “Bija” Breakdown:

Om sounds like “Home” with the “H”. Om is the primordial sound from which all creation was formed and thus reveals all things. It stimulates the 3rd eye chakra, eventually allowing us to communicate with the divine spirit within us.

Kreem sounds like “Cream” This sound has a powerful magnetic effect and attracts the energies needed for success like the force of gravity. This seed-sound speeds up the effectiveness of any mantra that includes this bija.

Hum sounds like “Whom” This sound has healing, purifying and protective powers. It has the ability to cut through illusion and light your inner fire.

Hreem rhymes with “cream”This sound is regarded as the supreme guide and is considered to be an equal to Om. All divine worship can be performed with this sound alone.

So Ha sometimes written as Swa Ha sounds just as it is spelled (both pronunciations are correct). This sound represents your devotion, trust and surrender to God based upon your beliefs.

 

Try chanting this mantra every day at the same time whenever possible for 15-minutes. You should sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your spine straight and upright. It is suggested that you wear earplugs for two reasons (1) to block out any distractions and (2) so you can really feel the vibrations of the sounds resonating in your mind and body. It also helps to stare at some type of hypnotic image like the Sri Yantra, a candle flame or a hypnotic spiral to both calm and focus the mind. When you are finished, close your eyes, express thanks and gratitude and recite the affirmation previously given. Do this everyday for 40-days and record the results in a diary or journal.

The mind is a “Control Freak”, which attempts to govern and resist forces and events, which cannot be controlled. You become upset when it rains, the economy dumps, your team losses, your plans were forced to change, there is a traffic jam, the line is long, someone cut you off, and many other reasons to numerous to include. Don’t try to control or resist “what is”, instead surrender and accept what is and find the joy of simply being present. Step outside yourself and view the situation from a larger perspective. Find the positive elements within, make “lemonade out of lemons.” Notice how nature is unaffected by our mental garbage. The birds still fly, the grass still grows, flowers bloom, the sun rises and sets, etc.

The universe is large enough to absorb and dissolve all of your problems. Take a moment and just close your eyes. Breathe deeply and let out a soothing sigh of relief. Now, with your eyes closed look at the darkness behind your eyelids. Move your awareness into this endless void somewhat like swimming under water. Notice that it does not matter which direction you move your awareness, the darkness is infinite. Dissolve, release and surrender all of your problems into this endless void. Simply let them go. Take in another deep breath, hold it in for a moment and release one more time with a soothing sigh of relief. Open your eyes and focus on the palm of your hand. Try to feel it, sense the pulse of your beating heart in your hand. Look at the detailed line patterns and fingerprints. Notice that when you became present, your mind ceased with its annoying chatter.

If the so called problem is more than just a annoying nuisance, then the next step would be to change your perspective, which is completely under your control. Transform your “problem” into a “project”. When you view it as a problem, you are putting up barriers to the flow of life and resistance to what is. When you view it as a project, you become present in the moment. “When you have a PROJECT it comes with defining the Vision, setting goals, assigning tasks, gathering resources and learning whatever is necessary for the completion of the project as well as all of the
knowledge gathered along the way to completion.”-Larry Short. A simple change of perspective can dramatically transform your reality.

When problems arise, the only thing that requires a change is your perspective. Transforming your view to that of a project immediately allows you to become decisive now. It removes the illusion that you are a helpless “victim” and places you in a position of power, choice and control. You will also find that many so called projects are just meaningless annoyances that don’t even deserve your time or attention and you can simply let them fade away, being consumed into the fast approaching past.

“In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west; people create distinctions out of their own minds and then believe them to be true.”- Buddha. Look at a globe and tell me which direction is up!

Energy healing is based on the ancient understanding of our internal body. Both Yoga and Traditional Chinese medicine believe that our "life force" known as Chi or Prana creates energy fields that become unbalanced during emotional or physical disease. Because energy is literally everywhere at all times, our individual energy fields are thus part of an interconnected whole. Therefore, the use of specific intention by one individual can aid in the health and well being of another.

He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest - a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. Many individuals discover healing ability on their own and use their own individual means of directing their intention to heal. Others practice according to schools such as Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Quantum Touch and so on. There has been much progress and acceptance for energetic healing methods from western medicine in the past decade. As George Bernard Shaw once said: "Progress is impossible without change; and those who cannot change their minds, cannot change anything." In the United States, a more common form of energy healing found in many hospitals is Therapeutic Touch, which has now been taught to thousands of nurses across the country. In my personal practice, I use Qigong, Reiki, Seichim, EFT, Polarity Therapy, Tong Ren and other pranic healing methods and other empowerments that I have received from lineages that I’m connected with.

Healers operate in many different ways. For example, they visualize images, effects or symbols, send mental intentions for diseased cells to die, send intentions for cells to revert to their optimum state of health, or simply send loving energy. A common theme is the intention for the well being of the client. Another is focusing on being a conduit for a loving, universal life force. In my own experience and practice, I have found that it is typically more beneficial to avoid words that have negative connotations such as “kill” or “die” and the like. A better choice is “reduce” as this thought can be received as a positive or benefit. A very simple healing intent can be “Restore Health----Reduce Disease.” Thoughts have a powerful effect on physical outcomes that quantum physics is just beginning to understand. "For each illness that doctors cure with medicine, they provoke ten in healthy people by inoculating them with the virus that is a thousand times more powerful than any microbe: the idea that one is ill." - Marcel Proust. Napoleon Hill said it as: “What the mind can conceive and believe, the body can achieve.” In the Bible, God reveals his name to Moses as “I AM” and later when the 10 commandments are given, the 3rd says not to use the Lord’s name in vain. When you have thoughts such as “I AM SICK” or “I AM Depressed”, etc. How can you expect these intentions to have any positive outcome on your well being?

Japanese researcher, Dr. Masaru Emoto discovered that the crystals formed in frozen water reveal physical changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward them. He found that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to kind loving words show brilliant, complex, beautiful and colorful snowflake patterns. In contrast, polluted water, or water exposed to negative thoughts, form incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull unappealing colors. When you consider that the human body is mostly water, you can potentially see the physical connection between our daily thought patterns and our health as well as seeing how the thoughts and intent of a healer can aid in your recovery.

A recent article from the Cleveland Clinic wrote: “An interesting feature of energy healing is that it may be performed over distances of thousands of miles. The "life force" claimed to be transmitted by energy healers does not have the properties of any known form of energy. A comparable practice to energy healing that is used frequently in the West is prayer. A 1996 survey showed that 82 percent of Americans believed in the healing power of prayer. A survey of patients in American Cancer Society support groups for breast cancer found that 88 percent experienced beneficial effects of spiritual and religious practice.” When I do distance healings, I do not have to “send” the energy as this energy is omnipresent, it exists everywhere at all times. I simply manipulate and instruct the available energy that is already where the recipient is located to perform specific healing tasks based on their particular health issues.
