So she went through steroid injections and a year of physical therapy.

Result? Same pain. But a few chiropractic visits later-miraculous changes.

Am I saying anything negative about physical thereapy? NO.

I am saying that adjustments are often overlooked when people get the scary diagnosis of "anything disc". But most often it's the "crooked and stuck" vertebrae I deal with that is causing the disc issue in the first place.
