All Pilates Mat and Wunda Chair Classes are 55
minutes each. Yoga Classes are 75 minutes each. All classes
require advanced registration. There is a 24 hour cancellation
policy on all classes and sessions. New clients should arrive 5
minutes early to complete paperwork before your session. Please
be prompt. Classes start on time. All clients should wear
socks during their session, along with comfortable workout clothes.
If you are new to pilates, we recommend doing at least one
private session before taking a group mat class.
