San Francisco Natural Medicine is San Francisco's premier naturopathic medical clinic.
Founded in 1989 by Carl Hangee-Bauer, ND, LAc, one of California's first licensed naturopathic doctors, the clinic has recently expanded to become one of the largest and most respected naturopathic medical clinics in the state.
All of our doctors practice primary care naturopathic medicine, using diagnostic exams and laboratory tests, clinical nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle counseling. Other therapies offered include acupuncture, homeopathy, and naturopathic bodywork. Dr. Amy Day and Dr. Erika Horowitz both specialize in women's health, offering full gynecological examinations and natural approaches to women's health issues such as infertility and menstrual disorders.
