What is Shamballa?

The central core of Shamballa is LOVE, LOVE and FREEDOM.  Love for oneself and an innate knowingness of one's connection with Mother/Father God, Goddess and all of Creation.  Freedom from all that stands in your way of that knowingness.  Freedom to know who you are, and step into your Power, to step into your Mastery.

At the core of Shamballa we find the Mahatma energy of Unconditional Love straight from Source.  It is the collective consciousness of the Ascended and Galactic Masters.  This resonance is now available to us, as we open the crystalline energy matrices within our energy fields to receive it.  The "Diamond frequency of Shamballa" is a highly-refined and extremely transformational frequency; also very powerful healing energy.

Shamballa is the natural outgrowth of Reiki for those who are not afraid of change, for those who wish to grow and expand their consciousness.  Shamballa is Reiki to the n-th degree and more.  It opens up channels to carry the highest vibration of Love & Light available on the planet.  Why limit yourself to the energy of a few symbols when 352 and more are available to you?

 

 

Recently I have had the experience of assisting the body's natural process of repairing broken bones.  I watched a broken wrist heal ahead of schedule due to the powerful energy work of Reiki.

Just moments after the accident, I was called to start the work on the wrist.  The client was at the doctor's office and I was home 65 miles away.  The beautiful thing about Reiki is you don't have the have the client directly in front of you to work on them.  After about 45 minutes of working on them, I called to check in.  The pain had subsided remarkably.  Not being too keen on medications, they were trying not to take anything for the pain.  Believing in the power of Reiki to heal, the client was not surprised at the decrease in pain as the days went by without any medication.

I continued to work on the client with three visits in person and the rest being long distance.  I am happy to report the doctor's delight with the healing process!

Client is almost ready to head back out to the slopes!!

Using crystals in your meditation can deepen your relaxation and enhance your experience.  It is a wonderful way to unwind after a hectic day.  It is important to shut off your phone, television and anything else that can distract you before you begin.  It is also nice to have some soft relaxing music in the background. 

Choose your crystal and hold it in your hands noticing how it feels and be aware of any sensations you may experience.  Notice any feelings that come up whether it is physical, emotional, spiritual or mental.  Take slow deep breaths.  Continue this for 10 or 15 minutes or longer if you have the time.  Do this practice daily even if it is only for a few minutes. 

You may begin to notice you feel different each time you do it even if you use the same crystal each time.  It is not necessary to use the same crystal though, choose the one you are intuitively drawn to.  Some meditations will leave you feeling energized, some may leave you deeply relaxed, calm and peaceful.  Feelings of agitation or sadness may also arise.  Embrace these feelings without judgement, they are perfectly acceptable.  Whatever it is you experience, keep in mind, no two meditations are ever alike.

Enjoy your crystal meditation!  Have fun with it!  You can't do it wrong!  Again, enjoy your crystal friends!

Clearing or cleansing your crystals with salt or salt water can dry out your crystals and crack them.  While it is true salt does absorb unbalanced energy it also absorbs the silica dioxide in the crystal causing it to crack over time.  Think of it this way, we are crystalline as humans and made up mostly of water; what happens to us when we have too much salt and not enough water in our systems? We dehydrate right?  So too with crystals, that is why we want to stay away from using salt in clearing or cleansing them.  There are many other ways to clear our crystal friends.  Here are just a few:

Clearing or cleansing our crystals in the masculine energy of the sun or feminine energy of the moon is a much gentler way of taking care of them.  Leaving them to bask in the sun or moon energy for 24 hours is sufficient.  A word or caution, you shouldn't leave your crystal quartz in the sun unattended in direct sunlight as they can be a fire hazard.

Smudging your crystals is a wonderful, gentle way of clearing them as well. Sandalwood, sage and frankincense can be used as well as a smudge stick to clear your crystals.

Simply running your crystals under cool water for a few minutes is not only effective at removing dust, but is a wonderful way to cleanse them as well.

As you can see by these examples, there are many ways to cleanse or clear your crystals without using salt or salt water.  Stay away from salt and your crystals will love you!!

There are many different crystals that can be used in crystal healing.  Each stone has a vibrational energy that can help bring balance to the energy fields around your body, home and office.  Crystals can help soothe emotional issues such as anxiety, mood swings, depression as well as physical issues such as migraines, PMS and back pain.

Amethyst is a fabulous stone for magnifing the energy of other crystals.  It is great for physical, emotional and mental balance.  It helps in clearing negativity and promotes calmness with its wonderful soothing energy.  Amethyst also good for migraines.
