• The S u n s t o n e staff in comprised of trained, skilled & professional massage therapists.  We believe strongly in the benefits of massage and  truly enjoy our work helping others.
• Michele Hughes in the owner & director of Sunstone Massage & Wellness. She is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist who also hold certifications from the Ariel Institute of Massage and the Philadelphia School of Massage.  An interest in movement, muscles and the Mind/Body connection led her to explore Massage and Yoga.  Michele brings a compassionate, generous, mindful yogic approach to her Bodywork.
• She has additional training in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic Massage & Pain Management, Stretching, Relaxation & Breath work techniques, Thai Yoga Massage, Hot & Cold Stone Therapy, Prenatal & Essential Oils.
