I will be holding a series of workshops on Ayurvedic herbs for family health at Solstice Whole Foods & Herbs.
The workshops run on Wednesdays, beginning 11 November and run for 5 weeks (skipping Thanksgiving week).

Topics covered will be:
Week 1: Introduction: Learn your dosha (individual constitution)
Week 2: Fall & Winter Health: addressing colds, flu, and stress
Week 3: Children's Health: including attention and memory for school studies; healing hyperactivity.
Week 4: Women's Health: covering PMS, menopause and more
Week 5: Home Health: using Vastu Shastra (India's Feng Shui) - ok so this isn't herbal, but it brings health, wealth, and harmony into the home.
