It was a delightful talk. Later that evening, while noodling around on my guitar, the ideas we spoke about in the interview popped up in my head again, and very quickly wrote a song.
The words offer useful tips for moms and dads to help their kids destress and rediscover their joy, and the music is hoped to give the experience of delight.
