Community style acupuncture allows you to rest comfortably in a zero gravity recliner in a room with up to 3 other patients at a time. Shared silence with fellow patients allows the space for your to relax a little deeper. You can come with a friend if you are nervous about what to expect your first time and get your treatments together. Acupuncture points are choosen on the arms and legs, (what we acupuncturists call distal points) to assist the body in finding its natural balance. You deciede when your session feels complete. Patients rest anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple hours! If you need to be somewhere at a specific time we will be sure to wake you from your nap in time.

You don't need to have something "wrong" with you in order to receive acupuncture. Acupuncture works great as a preventative medicine or stress reliever. See the list below that we have had success in treating.
