The World Acupuncture Blog is a website dedicated to the clinical practice of refined traditional acupuncture. Australian Blogger Alan Jansson, a practicing specialist in Traditional Acupuncture leaning towards skill based, Japanese Acupuncture, created the site to generate and maintain interest from colleagues and allied practitioners in virtual education and networking. Alan sees the site’s future as an audio/visually based educational, resource and networking hub for students and practitioners wanting to 'explore the art of acupuncture in the 21st century'.
Hundreds of articles and 30+ videos can be found at Alan's Blog on a variety of subjects including Clinical topics, Anxiety and Stress, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lower Back Pain, Patient's Perspective, Performance Enhancement, Practice Building, Practitioner's Perspective, Pre and Post Natal, Spinal Chord Injury, Infant Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Needling and PMT.
Alan reminds us that ‘The learning is in the doing!’ and tells us to never forget …we have thousands of years of clinical history on our side.
For more information about Alan and to get involved in 1) developing and fine-tuning the practice of traditional acupuncture on a consistent basis AND 2) support a platform through which we can communicate with colleagues globally, visit his great Blog or or his terrific website to learn more about his Instructional DVD'S, Workshops and more.
