Tami Close Video Gratitude for My Ex-Husband

Do you have an ex of some sort...ex-spouse, ex-girlfriend, ex-boyfriend, ex-boss?  Do you still have "icky" energies that you're carrying around with you from these relationships?   How important would it be to come from a different view in order to see such tremendous love?

Well, you've come to the right place.....

You know, I learned so much from my ex-husband, Rob, and just called him yesterday to thank him for what he did for our daughter.  Our daughter, Lindsay, who is 25 years old, was recently contacted by a former neighbor, who is 3 years younger than Lindsay.  The experience for both of them was tremendous as they reminisced about the street they used to live on, and all the fun-filled times they had.

What Rob did when Lindsay was born was make a conscious decision that he was going to do whatever it took for Lindsay to have that experience, and he worked very hard to make that happen.  Thus, Lindsay got to grow up for 18 years on the same street.  You see, Rob moved around a lot and moved at critical times in his life, and never felt he had a home base.  He often lamented that he wished he had what I had.

I was so blessed to grow up on the same street in Ogden, Utah, and still go back "home" regularly as I connect with not only family, but many friends who are still there.  When Rob and I were married and visiting Ogden, I didn't appreciate Rob's behavior as he displayed "acting out" and reaching out for love; I understand it now.  He wanted to be able to go "home" regularly and connect as well.

This drove Rob to make this happen for Lindsay, and I'm so grateful he did.  Now, Lindsay gets to experience what I do, and she is so grateful for it.  She gets to connect with so many friends from that street, and go down memory lane.  She loves these feelings it gives her.

Now, you can express gratitude to your ex, and have a much larger picture painted for behaviors that were displayed.  As Marianne Williamson says, "All behavior is either a cry for love or an extension of love."

And take time to laugh and share feelings of this greater perspective....
