Can you imagine being told that I could simply "tap, tap, tap" with my fingertips on some points around my face and upper body, and it would release my fear of flying?  Skeptical, so was I?

To give you some background, I HAD a fear of flying for several years.  As a result, it catapulted me to such a level of anxiety and I actually experienced what anxiety attacks felt like.  If you haven't experienced these sorts of attacks, you literally feel like you're dying.  Your entire body goes through a hypnotic state of fear, and all the cellular structure begins to repond with alarms all over the place.  Yikeorama!

I hated this feeling, but I didn't know how to stop it.  Just thinking of an airplane would set off the alarms.  And my husband at that time would say, "Just stop thinking about it!"  For years, I took the pharmaceutical route as I knew of no other choice but to be tranquilized and be "Zombie Woman."  I hated this feeling as well because I felt out of control, and wanted a different experience.  I wanted to be happy whenever I would think of flying so I could create an ideal scene, not only for me, but my family as well as they were impacted by my fear of flying.

Okay, how does one stop the mass confusion of thoughts that are contributing to this false perception?  When all the cellular structure is designed to evoke the alarm system just by merely thinking of airplane, how do you stop yourself from pulling the alarms?

When there is a fire, break the glass and pull out the tool, EFT (emotional freedom technique), to the rescue.  When I was first introduced to EFT, I couldn't believe that simply tapping on some points would alleviate the anxiety.  Yet, I was so desperate to have a different experience that I gave it a try.  I tapped before the flight and during the flight as well.  With all this tapping, I thought it might cause severe bruising as I anchored myself to EFT as my security blanket.  Hey, brusing can be helped with a little make up, right?

If you're not familiar with EFT, it is similar to acupuncture without the needles.  When there is a negative emotion in the body, the natural energy system (the good flow) will be closed off.  When this happens, it's time to sound the alarms.  When we tap on the meridians, this opens up the energy flow so that a new awareness, a new thought can be experienced.  It's a very natural process and so simple and easy.

Now, I fly all over the place with no problems.  If I face some turbulence, which might sound off some alarms, I simply begin tapping and this allows me to create a sense of calm and peace, and evoke trust in everyone on the flight.  And my happy place is a much more comfortable place to be then to experience this rush of fear shouting, "Sound the alarms!  Woman out of control!"

If you know someone who has a fear of flying, let them know about how I changed my life.  If they need some assistance, I'm here!

You may be at a point where you decide that supplementation is a good resource to help with weight loss.  I know it is for me.  What I know to be true is that it needs to still be aligned with the easy and fun process that I have identified that works the best for me.  If it ain't easy and fun, then I'm out of alignment.  And we all know what being out of alignment feels like....YIKES!

What I have found, and others have found as well, is that the balance in our bodies is discovered when we identify components that speak to our core.   As we listen to these messages, we uncover wisdom that speaks to us to aid our body, mind and spirit.

If you've tried many different things, but nothing seems to work, look at TaiSlim, which helps in key areas:  metabolism, additional fiber, reducing appetite and cleansing properties.  And it's easy and fun....just take 2 oz with water before breakfast and 2 oz with water before lunch.  Then also adopt a fun exercise program that feels good to you, and also a fun menu that is fun for you as well.  And voila! you have achieved your ideal weight that is easy and fun...and sustainable!

You know, many spiritual leaders attest to taking supplements to help them stay focused on feeling better:  Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Louise Hay, and others.  Thus, supplementation is important as we keep our minds clear, our bodies strong

Not only can you achieve ideal weight, you can also tap into an avenue of income, and build a business as you're getting people healthy.  First, identify what is important to you.  If health and achieving ideal weight for yourself is important, and you know supplementation is a core component, then you've got yourself a match.

Do you like to have fun too?  This is huge for me!

Take a look at the website below, and see what you think, and just answer these key questions.  1) Based on what I see, does it match what is important to me?  2)  How could I allow others this same experience?  3)  What would it be like to be connected with Tami as I build my business?

I like to be vibrationally aligned with myself and with others whom I come in contact.  If easy and fun sounds like a blast, then our relationship will flourish, and it will be a fun journey together.  Above all, I love to laugh

You are a delight!

You know, we look at the word "ex," and it can conjure up all sorts of things related to that word.  Just by saying the tiny word can create something that isn't appealing, and many humorous statements related to that word as well.

Let's take a different look.  I'm divorced, and have a wonderful relationship with my ex.  What we didn't know how to create in our marriage, we certainly have learned to create while not being married.  I invited my ex into my life to teach me the things I needed to learn.  I sent the invitation and he showed up.  Now, there were some painful things, but it was exactly the classroom and teacher experience I required to help me "SEE" clearly.

When we got a divorce, it wasn't peachy keen at first, and I had to work through some anger.  Yet, I also kept affirming that I wanted to have a beautiful friendship.  Thus, I focused on what I wanted.

I remember Wayne Dyer making this statement about anger, and it helped me tremendously.  He said that all anger comes from within, and no one is responsible for your anger.  It wasn't something I wanted to hear because it was comfortable to blame my ex for my "feeling" bad.

Wayne Dyer explained this analogy and this is when I really got it.  He said when you squeeze an orange, what comes out?  Orange juice, of course.  It doesn't matter the device that is used,or the person doing the squeezing, orange juice will always come out.  Likewise, with us, when we have anger that pours out of us, it isn't the device or the person that does the squeezing.  It's already what's inside.  Oh, that 100% responsibility that can be a challenge, but also very freeing, and it depends upon how you look at it.

Take a look at this video that my ex and I did to celebrate the 30th anniversary of our wedding.

When we're learning to change our thoughts, it sure can be a challenge.  When I was very ill to the point I was bedridden many years ago, I was learning how my thoughts contributed to my illness.  It wasn't easy to understand as I thought illness was  physical, and I was soon to discover that illness stems from being out of balance with our emotional state, our spirit.  The physical ailments show up as a means to help us understand this principle.  The messages are always delivered.  We can wait until they're delivered to us in the form of physical ailments or we can listen to the messages before the physical symptoms show up.  It's like the difference between getting hit with a brick or a soft pillow?  Hmmm!

As we learn to invite our well-being into our lives, we will attract so many wonderful people, books, events in our lives.  And it takes a commitment to focus on what we want as we're not currently experiencing well-being.  Yet, if we focus on what is currently happening, then nothing can change.  It takes a powerful imagination in this process as you have to imagine your life how you want it to be.  Thus, when I was first introduced to these "thought" concepts, it was Oprah and Louise Hay who layed the groundwork for me, and I'm so grateful to them.

Take a look at the video and see how Oprah and Louise Hay played a big role in my getting well.

If you're a single woman or know someone who is, then you may want to hear this VIP message.

As you begin to experience the dating realm, it can cause all sorts of "stuff" to come up.  Yikes!  It certainly did for me.  We invite these men into our experience as these men are our teachers, and we are to learn the lessons they present.  And some of the lessons are painful, and we want to go hurt somebody as a result.  Oh my!  Yet, we don't know how to stop these experiences and we complain to our friends, "Why can't I find the right person?"

It's such an interesting process as I thought I left painful patterns when I got a divorce.  Lo and behold, they kept showing up again and again until I said, "Enough already.  Quit using the hammer on the head approach.  I get it."

There is a much better way to approach dating so that you get what you want and not what you don't want.  When I cleared up my lesson and my pattern of behavior, which was "needing to be responsible for someone else's well-being," I was able to attract the guy of my dreams and get what I want.  I was always donning my tool belt to "fix" someone, and once I took off my tool belt, I attracted a guy who didn't need fixing. Hallelujah!

Watch the video and see if you can relate, and if you want a different and fun experience for yourself.

Being overweight can be so frustrating, and you have probably tried many things to help in your weight loss goals.  I know, I have!

Raise your hands if you've tried more than 5 things to help yourself?  It's frustrating when things don't work out for you.  What if you could be with the frustrations in a "whole" different way?

As an EFT practitioner, I use EFT as a tool to help myself, and others, be with discomfort and pain.  Why is this important?

Well, I know I can put on my running shoes many times a day, trying to run away from my thoughts and feelings which are presenting discomfort.  Thus, I run towards distractions, towards food, etc. to help comfort me from this discomfort.

When I am one with the pain, with the discomfort, I notice that I'm satisfied, and don't need to turn to reach for anything outside of me to satisfy me.  Because I know when I reach outside of me, it's just a temporary fix.  Then the temporary satisfaction is over, and I'm off to another temporary fix.

Yikeorama!  It's an endless cycle when we stay on that hamster wheel.  Oh, it's pain/discomfort time, and time to reach for food to satisfy it.  And on and on it goes until your being can't take it any longer, and you yell, "Uncle!"

Now, use EFT to tap on the pain/discomfort and be with it like a new friend.  Just tapping on it will create a sense of calm, in which you won't reach for food.  You'll put the pause button on, and tap, along with a dialogue, to create a new relationship with yo bad self :).

Just watch the video, and follow along to tap, and be your own comfort.  In this way, food will feed you in a nourishing way, and not feed the emotions.  And your hamster wheel existence will end :).

I'm a huge fan of Abraham-Hicks, and wanted to combine EFT and statements relating to Source Energy for optimum vibration.  Everything in our Universe is about vibration...everything!  It's all about "feelings," as the Universe only understands how we feel about something.

When we are connected to our Source Energy of pure bliss and joy, we are consciously aligning our desires to come to us.  It's the greatest GPS (God Positioning System) that we have available.

Yet, we can be unbalanced at times and utilizing a tool like EFT helps us shift so that we can consciously have the same vibration as our Source Energy.  Our Source Energy sees everything as love, as joy, as bliss, and when we can see it, or better yet feel it the same way, we are one with our desires.

When we experience emotions like fear, worry, frustration, we are out of alignment, and our desires won't see or feel our light, and thus will turn away from coming into the physical.  You may have experienced this when wondering where the heck are my desires.

Source Energy emotions are pure light, and, hence, the Universe will see and feel our light.  Desires = light.

Enjoy tapping along....

EFT (emotional freedom techniques) is a remarkable technique to shift our vibration into a blissful, joyful state of being.  When we're "feeling" a negative vibration, we become stuck, and represent more of a solid being, and even though there are things that are wanted, nothing that we want can penetrate our solid mass.

The whole basis for why we are here on this earth is to connect with our Source energy.  With this said, Source energy is happy, joyful, blissful, excited...all the terms that are considered a higher vibration.   When we're "feeling" light, then the Universe can penetrate a frequency of light and easily orchestrate the particles that will make up the physical things we want.  It's easy and it's fun.

I like to use this acronym, LAF, which stands for love, appreciation and fun.  It's really the theme to use on a regular basis.  You can say statements to people and things (remember everything is the same energy) like "I appreciate who you are."  When you say this, it feels good, and immediately shifts your frequency.  It's like you're telling the Universe, "Here I am.  Bring my desires to me."

Okay, we are born with an incredible imagination.  It's something that is innate within us.  We don't have to go to school for it, we don't have to attend any workshops to learn it.  It's already there, and as children, we get lost in our imagination.

And then something happens to us when we reach adulthood, and we hide our powerful imagination.  Yet, what we don't realize is we're imagining everything in our lives at this very moment...wanted or not wanted.   Everything that we've thought is matching exactly what is in our current movie scene.

The power in our imagination is that we can pretend, we can play, and we can create an imaginary scene of what we do want.   When we were children, we used our imagination for the pure joy of living in that thought pattern, and then we unfolded the creations that flowed from that imagination. We can do the same as adults.  Imagination is the leader, the physical world follows!

Albert Einstein has a great quote, "Imagination is more important than knowledge."  With imagination, we can control our own Universe and play with it in a way that is fun!

Look at what I created by focusing on this mug with a picture on it.

We women sure can be hard on ourselves as we look at the bathroom scale and begin the judgment process.  We judge the numbers that we see because we "feel" those numbers represent who we are.  Thus, our identity is attached to the numbers.

When we ntend on being our ideal weight, the whole premise is to come from a place where we feel like we've aleady accomplished it.  This shifts our vibration, and when we do this, it sets up the Universal responder to match it with things that will help us achieve it.  We act as if and then the alignment is in place.

Now, when we constantly get on the scale and then begin the judgment of, "What's wrong with me?  How come I can't do it?  Nothing ever works for me," the Universe hears and feels our pain and will respond with more pain.

Is this really what you want?  Staying focused on positive well-being is the answer no matter what the numbers say.  Remember, there is no power in the numbers.  The only thing that has power is internal of how we're feeling about the numbers.

Create a fun way to look at the numbers and dance with them.  It's all your creation so you might as well have fun.

Here is an idea to use to help yourself look at the scale differently.
