You know, we are born to play, it's innate within us.  Yet, somewhere along life's journey, we adults forget to play and we adopt the "to do" list that is a mile long.  This list prevents us from playing, and we hang on to the list because it's our security blanket.  I mean who are we if we don't have a list?  We look at the list and say to ourselves, "I'm so busy.  I got things to do and do and do and do."  This list holds us hostage from taking time to play because the items on the list have "responsibility" written all over them.

These items prove to ourselves that we are doing everything possible to be successful.  Yet, the intent of the "to do" list is to grow and sustain itself because when one item is crossed off, another item or even more replaces it.  It's kind of freaky how that works.  The "to do" list holds a lot of power!  What if you could really design your life in a different way and decide to only play with creations, rather than "I must do this to have a specific outcome."

We can reclaim the power and throw out the list, and play and have fun on a regular basis throughout the day.  Doesn't this sound much more appealing?  I believe that what we've been taught really isn't conducive to why we're here.  Play regularly and feel what happens to your vibration, and then what shows up as a result.

Here is one example that you can use to play and have more fun.

So you got the “dough boy” blues?

You know what I’m talking about. The ab that done gone south for the winter, and the belt is on its last notch.

“Dude, we got some serious stuff happening here! Totally feeling down and out. Help!” shouts the waist as its expansion project keeps unfolding with no end in site.

And the waist sends out the SOS (Save Our Skin)….

The SOS is heard and now we’ve got supplementation to the rescue! It’s the waist’s lifeline and is crucial to its plea for help!

Why is supplementation vital?

With over 80% of the population being overweight, there is a good chance that you’ve seen many overweight and obese men and their stomachs extending to infinity and beyond. If the body doesn’t learn how to communicate differently and modify its response to the food that is eaten, the stomach will keep growing, and growing and growing. Thus, you’re learning that the skin is very elastic so it can stretch like there’s no tomorrow.

“Somebody stop me!” shouts the stomach.

There is a new supplementation, a new technology that teaches the body how to talk differently, and focuses on four distinct aspects that must be addressed together for successful weight management. Some diet plans deal with one or two parts and may be attributed to why one fails to lose the weight and sustain the weight loss:

Fights abdominal fat and clinically shown to decrease the body’s production of stress hormones that cause one to accumulate unhealthy body fat

Enhances metabolism and clinically shown to increase the body’s calorie burning potential

Helps control appetite and supports a positive mood and curbs between meal cravings

Cleanses and replenishes to promote regularity and healthy microflora

Using this new technology, Dave was able to achieve a 51 lb weight loss in 7 weeks, and recently recorded three new songs in celebration of his achievement: My Spare Tire Done Rolled Off and Left Me, I Ain’t Yo Dough Boy No More, Grab Yo Own Love Handles.

Here is the recording of the interview with Dave:

Laughter is the best medicine! It’s exactly the stimulus that is needed right now, don’t you think?

We all know how great it feels when we laugh, but did you know that you can actually lose weight? According to Katie Namrevo, author of Laugh It Off! Weight Loss for the Fun of It, she was able to lose 35 lbs. laughing it off because she found that, as a stress eater, taking time to laugh helped stop her from going to the refrigerator.

After reading an excerpt from her book, I decided to play a little game with myself. I got in the shower and laughed the entire length of the shower . I couldn’t stop laughing and the wave of laughter just kept going. Something inside said, “This feels so good, keep doing it.”

Now, I love to laugh as it gets all the cells in the body giggling in harmony. It’s our own symphonic orchestra that taps into sounds of returning to being a child where laughter and giggles are encouraged.

Incidentally, did you know that according to French neurologist, Henri Rubenstein, “One minute of laughter can give the body up to 45 minutes of therapeutic relaxation.” WOW!

How can you laugh for 20 seconds? As a fun coach, who uses humor as a foundation, I’m surprised when people tell me that they’re so focused on their daily “to do” list that they forget to have fun. With this said, here is a little gift, a short audio, from me to you so you can remember to laugh throughout the day and give your body the therapeutic relaxation Henri Rubenstein was talking about. And who knows maybe you’ll even laugh your butt off….literally!

Sitting at the computer can wreak havoc on our bodies, and it does this routinely.  We get sore shoulders, back and neck, and close off flow of energy, and then constantly rub these areas to help ease the pain.

Did you know that we were not meant to sit at the computer for long lengths of time?  This type of posture is very foreign to our bodies, and when we experience physical symptoms, it's our body's message system shouting, "Hey, I don't like this.  Get up and move!"  Our bodies are great messengers when we actually take our fingers our of our ears and listen.

Okay, so how do we alleviate this problem?  Get up on a regular basis and move.  Set a timer or put a sticky note at your computer so that you remember to do something different to open up the flow.

I know in my own situation, I will get the message (physical symptoms) hours before I listen and respond accordingly.  Now, I'm much more in tune, and get up and put on music and dance around my office.  My body and cells love the to do the funky chicken, and when I do this, I feel inspired and energized rather than drained of energy.

You know, the word "exercise" sure can bring up some stuff for us.  It may be because we have been conditioned to think of exercise in these terms, "I must commit to doing a routine for 30 minutes and not have fun or I won't get results."

Where in the heck did we get this from?  Do we really have to exercise for 30 minutes?

No, it's my belief that we can exercise for the length of a song, 4-5 minutes, and still get amazing results.  Everything we do in life is supposed to be fun because when it's fun, then our cells respond and do what they're designed to do, and this easy way is sustainable.

When Oprah was interviewed about her weight gain, her entire body was expressing the dissatisfaction with having to commit to a 30 minute treadmill routine.  Yet, this is what she has "bought into," and that she must stay this course for the rest of her life.  You could feel her body wanting to run when she said made this comment.  Yikes!

There is a different way when we decide that it's what brings us joy and is fun is our mantra.  Then we can let go of the need to conform to someone else's expectations, someone else's plan.  It's okay that others get joy from a 30 minute routine, but really the message is for us, "How do I feel when I exercise?"

Look at this video and get some ideas for movement that are fun.

As a fun coach, I like to include humor in what I do.  I think humor opens up the flood gates, and lets the Universe know to send more things to laugh about.

Thus, with EFT, I love to include humor.  The basic premise with EFT (emotional freedom techniques) is to help shift the attachment to a negative emotion.  It's similar to acupuncture without the needles.  If you're familiar with acupuncture, the placement of the needles are designed to open up the flow of energy.

It's the same way with EFT and no needles are required...YEAH!.  When you have a negative emotion, your body's energy system is not in the flow, and when this happens, you won't receive the things you desire in an easy fashion.

We all know the value of going downstream vs. upstream as we don't have to expend copious amounts of energy to get where we're going.  Using EFT allows this downstream motion of life to match our well-being.  When we play this sort of match game, our Source Energy, which is our well-being, will provide all our desires in a "snap."

Can you imagine anything better than deciding what you want and then have it instantly appear.  This is what can happen when you  use EFT.

Use EFT to help you laugh and have fun.  Watch my video - click below...

As many people witnessed on a recent segment of Oprah, achieving ideal weight can be painful as the sustainability factor is not achieved.  Thus, it's important to adopt the components that will help sustain the ideal weight.

Although not mentioned on Oprah, I believe it's an important part of the overall picture.  I'm 53 years old and know that I have to use supplements in order to bring my body back into balance, and a supplement that I use and endorse is TaiSlim.

TaiSlim helps bring the body back into balance as it addresses key factors:  1)  cleansing the toxins 2) balancing the stress hormone, cortisol 3) reducing the appetite 4) increasing metabolism 5) adding fiber and good bacteria for healthy function of the colon.

These key factors, along with a good nutritional plan, fun exercise and plenty of water will help bring about the idea weight.
