Cancer and Diet: Vitamin D

Vitamin D has been found to help prevent cancer and promote survivorship. People living in northern latitudes (such as New England) are especially prone to vitamin D deficiency. Dana-Farber Cancer Institute nutritionist Stacy Kennedy explains why cancer patients and survivors should talk to their doctor about vitamin D supplements.
