I am a Certified Comprehensive Coach and a Certified Six Advisors™ Coach, speaker and group leader.  I have a background as a Speech Pathologist, Rehab Manager and District Manager of Rehab.

In my practice, we follow three instrinsic principles:

* Fun is pivotal. If you are not having fun, you won't achieve a positive coaching experience.
* Skill development and improvement, be it leadership, sales, motivation or management, is a crucial aspect of having fun. There is nothing more gratifying than achieving personal growth intellectually and emotionally.
* Self-knowledge — discovering new things about yourself — is one of the most rewarding experiences of being coached.
